Lynon - thanks for the feedback. The print has a textured effect to it - giving it a bit of a distressed look. The print will last for many years. I personally have many of our shirts that have been washed several dozen times and they look like new!

Thanks for your honest feedback, but we need to clarify a few things. If the sizing guide is used, we very rarely have shirts returned for incorrect sizing. Second, we are clear on our site that any returned items are at the expense of the customer. We have not received the returned shirt yet, and we can't send out a replacement until we get it. Otherwise, people could not send their return and get a second shirt for free. A business can't operate that way. Please see all of our reviews from other customers to get an idea of our customer service and business practices.
