When should I order for Christmas?
Place your order by December 12 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For a custom canvas, approve the artwork promptly when your proof arrives so it can move into production.
What happens after I order a custom canvas?
Upload a high-resolution photo with your order—no separate email needed. UNIQ sends at least two digitally created proof options within 24 hours. Choose your favorite or request a revision; nothing is printed until you approve it. The finished canvas is ready to hang.
How much is custom canvas art, and how long does it take?
Canvas designs start at $59.79. After proof approval, the canvas typically ships in 4–8 business days. For Christmas delivery, order by December 12.
Is the canvas hand-painted?
It is a digitally created simulated painting, printed on premium canvas—not an original hand-painted artwork. Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC image at least 2,000 pixels on its longest side for best results.
What if I guess the apparel size wrong?
UNIQ tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts are unisex. Men will usually want their regular size; women may prefer to size down. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Apparel in like-new, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; the buyer covers return shipping. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I exchange a gift after the holiday?
Yes. UNIQ accepts apparel returns and exchanges within 30 days when items are unworn and in like-new condition. Original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Read the full policy.

A UNIQ gift card lets them choose for themselves, with denominations from $10 to $200.
